Ofcoz Space Terms and Conditions of Use 1) We believe that all tenants are responsible citizens who will respect other users in the site, follow staff instructions, cooperate with each other, keep the site clean, and jointly create a good working environment and community; 2) Tenants and site users should consider others, and should not occupy or obstruct the public space, corridors or elevators in the site and the building in any form, or prevent others from using public equipment and space reasonably; 3) Tenants and venue users are not allowed to use the venue for or conduct gambling or any other illegal or immoral behavior in the venue and or any nuisance, discomfort, inconvenience, loss or danger to other tenants or venue users conduct and activities; 4) Ofcoz Space will hold activities outside of business hours from time to time, and there will be a certain volume at that time. 5) Tenants, visitors and venue users are responsible for keeping the venue and its fixed facilities, furniture and equipment intact, and are not allowed to change the decoration, walls, lines or pipes of the venue without authorization; if the venue or the doors, windows, and fixed facilities in the venue are damaged , furniture equipment, etc., need to be responsible for the relevant maintenance to restore the original state or compensate for the relevant maintenance costs, and compensate for the corresponding losses caused by the damage; 6) In order to protect public health, the entire shared space is listed as a non-smoking area. Tenants, visitors and venue users are not allowed to smoke, bring lighted cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and pipes, etc. in this shared space. 7) The use of the venue adopts a real-name system, and tenants are not allowed to sublet, sublease or sublease the right to use the venue to others without authorization; 8) If tenants want to bring other non-tenants or non-members to visit, they must first register at the front desk; visitors are not allowed to enter the tenant-only area, nor can they use tenants or members-only facilities. If visitors are interested in visiting, please notify the staff in advance in order to make proper arrangements; 9) Members and tenants can give priority to renting the activity venues of the center at preferential prices. If you need to use the relevant event venues, you need to apply separately in advance, and the staff of Ofcoz Space will approve them according to the reservation status of the venues; 10) Tenants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Ofcoz Space is not responsible for any loss. If necessary, you can rent the locked lockers provided by this shared space. In addition to the rent, you need to pay a deposit, which will be returned when the key is returned. If the key is not returned after 15 days from the expiration of the locker rental, the staff has the right to remove and dispose of the items in the locker, and the deposit and items will not be refunded; 11) If the tenant submits false or false information or violates the terms of use when applying, Ofcoz Space has the right to terminate the lease immediately without any compensation or refund, and the rent paid by the tenant will not be refunded; The customer has the opportunity to pay the corresponding rent for the remaining contract period specified in the contract as compensation; 12) The terms of use of this shared space are not only stipulated and included in this code, but also subject to the relevant terms of use and codes stipulated by the owner of the unit for the building; 13) Regarding the various fees and fines mentioned in these Terms of Use and the Code, please refer to the latest published amount in this shared space; 14) Ofcoz Space has the final right of interpretation and decision on the lease and use of the venue; 15) Forms and documents submitted by each applicant tenant will not be returned, and each applicant should keep a copy before submitting.
